Amerivespa Registration Help

Need help with Amerivespa registration?

 

Step 1: Visit our EventBrite event registration page for Amerivespa or HERE

Step 2: Register as a single attendee, or a couple. The required fields will automatically prompt for you during the registration process (t-shirt size, meal preference etc.) At the end of the page, after you’ve input all required information, click the green “complete registration” button. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address provided with an attached PDF. The PDF serves as your confirmation of registration, but is NOT required for admittance to AV in Seattle (we will have your information on record at the registration table.)

The last field asks for your Unique Transaction Number from PayPal, you may leave this blank if you have not yet paid, the event organizers will add to your registration once your PayPal payment comes through. If you paid first and have your PayPal Unique Transaction Number, enter it here.

Payment in full is required within 24 hours of registration to secure your spot.

Step 3: Submit payment via PayPal by visiting our Amerivespa payment page. Choose the dropdown for your registration type (single, single VCOA member, or couple.) Remember that shirt sizes XXL – 4XL cost an additional $1 – $3 per size, add $1 for each X over XL.)

Step 4: Check your registration on our Amerivespa registration status page. Registration status is updated with 72 hours of completed registration & payment.
